   From 1981 to 1986, Mr. Korzun was associated with two New Jersey Law firms specializing in libel and slander defense litigation, land use law, construction litigation, fidelity and surety law. During this time, Mr. Korzun wrote the principal briefs in several of the recent landmark New Jersey libel cases involving the press and political figures, has handled many complex construction, surety and fidelity matters, errors and omissions claims, and creditor bankruptcy actions.   Mr. Korzun is admitted to the bars of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Claims Court and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the A.B.A. Forum Committees on Fidelity, Surety and Construction Law, the New Jersey State Bar Association's Public Contract Law and the Fidelity and Surety Law Committees, as well as the Land Use Law Section.

    Since 1983, Mr. Korzun and Mr. Sheak have worked together and formed Sheak & Korzun, P.C. in 1986, specializing in contract, surety and construction litigation, architect and engineer malpractice, creditor bankruptcy actions, errors and omissions claims, directors and officers liability claims and land use law.

    Mr. Korzun has continued his practice in land use and eminent domain law. He has lectured and written on local government issues, including seminars on stormwater management and flood mitigation. He is the chair of the Planning Board for the City of Lambertville.

   Mr. Korzun obtained his law degree from Rutgers School of Law - Newark in 1980. He was an editor of the Rutgers Law Review. Upon graduation from law school, he was a law clerk with the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, working with the Honorable Howard H. Kestin and the Honorable Steven Lefelt.

   Mr. Korzun received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Rutgers College in 1976, graduating with distinction. He has been a radio broadcaster and producer for several broadcast institutions including National Public Radio in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
